black jack is a game that reminds me somewhat of a roller coaster. It is a game that starts out slowly, but gradually picks up the pace. As you slowly build up your bank roll, you feel as though you are getting to the top of the coaster and then when you are not expecting it, the bottom falls out.
Blackjack is so akin to a rollercoaster the similarities are astounding. As is the case with the popular amusement experience, your blackjack game will peak and things will seem as though they are going well for awhile before it bottoms out yet again. Undoubtedly you have to be a player who is able to adjust well to the ups … downs of the game given that the game of black jack is choked full of them.
If you like the tiny coaster, one that can’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the coaster ride is with a much bigger wager, then jump aboard for the ride of your life on the monster coaster. The deep pocket gambler will love the view from the monster wild ride because he or she is not thinking on the drop as they rush quickly to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few players adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that’s just great, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster begins to flip and turn, you had better bail out in a hurry.
If you don’t, you will not necessarily remember how much you enjoyed the view while your cash was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, an awesome ride and your head in the stratosphere. As you are reminiscing on "what ifs", you won’t clearly remember how "high up" you went but you will recollect that mortifying fall as clear as day.
