Blackjack is a game that evokes images of a crazy ride. It is a game that kicks off slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you build up your bankroll, you feel like you are getting to the top of the coaster and then when you aren’t expecting it, the bottom falls.
black jack is so much like a rollercoaster the similarities are hair-raising. As is the case with the popular amusement park ride, your black jack game will peak and things will seemingly be going great for awhile before it bottoms out once again. You have to be a gambler that will be able to readjust to the ups … downs of the game because the game of blackjack is awash with them.
If you like the small coaster, one that will not go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the crazy ride is with a fatter bet, then jump aboard for the coaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The big spender will love the view from the monster rollercoaster because they are not considering the drop as they rush head first to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few players adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that is just great, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster begins to toss and turn, you had better get out in a hurry.
If you don’t, you will not naturally recount how much you enjoyed life while your bank roll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, an awesome ride and your head in the air. As you are thinking on "what ifs", you won’t remember how "high up" you went but you will recall that devastating drop as clear as day.
